Frankenpride is an event sponsored by St. Pete Pride that is a section of Halloween on Central in downtown St. Petersburg, FL. The poster was risograph printed and the frame was laser engraved with a spider-web pattern. I drew inspiration from the drag queens on The Boulet Brothers' Dragula to create a Bride of Frankenstein-like character within the illustration. The circle sculpture is an iconic art installation titled "The Sun on the EDGE" that resides in the EDGE district of downtown St. Petersburg. I experimented within the colors available on the risograph printer and with how different settings would alter the print.
